Job Description:
Conducting market research and analysing data to develop insights into customer behaviour and preferences.
Creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
Writing and editing content for various digital channels such as blogs, social media, email newsletters, and websites.
Collaborating with designers and other team members to create engaging and visually appealing marketing materials.
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards and making recommendations for improvement.
Managing email marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling emails, segmenting lists, and tracking performance metrics.
Developing and implementing social media strategies that increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Conducting A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, including testing headlines, ad copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action.
Collaborating with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and objectives.
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and making recommendations for new strategies or tactics.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, content creation, and social media management.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
