Full Job Description

• 1-2 years of experience as a technical writer or eLearning content writer.
• Experience in creating technical documentation, help documentation, and/or training content.
• Proficient in English and knowledgeable about documentation guidelines and standards.
• Competent in using MS Office and Google Suite. Familiarity with Camtasia, Captivate or other authoring tools is a plus.
• Willing to learn the Vtiger CRM product and authoring tools if required.
• Willing to work from our Bengaluru HQ.
