Overview

The candidate would be required to work on a range of Valuation engagements for various purposes such as for Regulatory Compliances, Startup Funding, Financial Reporting, Disputes etc.

Responsibilities:

• Build and review financial/valuation models of companies for assessment of business valuation, intangible assets, liquidation value (IBC), using relevant approaches such as cash flow analysis, DCF, market multiples valuation, cost approach etc.

• Preparing comprehensive business valuation reports and presentations detailing valuation analysis, company profile and industry analysis • Working on complex valuations such as ESOPs, Convertible Instruments etc.

• Exposure in startup funding deals by preparing and reviewing documents such as pitchdeck, term sheets, share subscription agreements etc.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Valuations / Investment Banking

• B com / MBA (Finance) / Pursuing CFA

• Well-presented & excellent oral and written communication skills

• Fluency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
