Profile: Accounting Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing Invoice reconciliation through Tally. Keeping a track on payment dues and coordinating with clients staff for all invoice and payment related queries to update transactions timely.
• Creating the invoices, E_way bil, Journal, TDS,TCS entries in Tally Prime
• Controlling the payments & receipts of suppliers & customers etc.
• Performing administrative tasks by working with the support team as required Prepare EPF, TDS papery sheet, GST return file, & Bill, Creditors, Debtors Reconciliation
• Preparation of working of GST Accounting of GST related entries in Tally. Implementation of Reverse Charge in Tally and
• Payment of Reverse Charge along with preparation of Annual Return of GST
• Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
• Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
• Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams
• Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Providing necessary support to prepare the balance sheet, P/L statements and other financial statements as required.
• Providing support to the senior accountants in performing duties and keeping general ledgers updated.

Skillset:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years experience in an accounting role
• Well versed on the concepts of GST, TDS, ITR etc.
• Well versed with accounting softwares like Tally and other automation tools
• Exceptional accounting adeptness and financial skills
• Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
