Job Summary:-

We are looking for a Technical Writer who can create or revise high-quality documentation of technical documents that contribute to the overall success of our products.

Responsibilities:-

  • Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
  • Responsible for writing and editing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), editing documents, creating document templates, managing document repository, etc.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusts tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding.
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
  • Plans writing processes and sets timelines and deadlines.
  • Proofread and edit content with minimal supervision.

Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in English or relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
