IARC serves as a distressed debt and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) investment platform. We are looking for an Investment Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Will work as a part of the Investment team assisting in deal origination and due diligence of potential investment opportunities (especially in the retail credit market)
• Research & analyse industries/sectors/segments & provide insights to the team to develop an investment strategy.
• Create financial models to evaluate prospective investment opportunities
• Carry out market research through review of third party research reports, analyze market trends by conducting primary research
• Assist the team in all matters related to deal closure, including deal documentation, finance documentation and structuring
• Review legal contracts including financing / investment documentation, identify areas of transaction risk and suggest potential mitigation strategies, as part of the deal team.
• The candidate will also meet and engage actively with financial institutions and external agencies
• Assist in other organizational matters as required from time to time

Qualification & Years of experience:

• Bachelor of engineering and qualification on advanced Analytics and Data Science (CFA is a plus)
• At least 2 years of work exp. in investment banking/equity research/consulting or related profiles
• Candidate should be proficient in excel
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling with expertise in making detailed models in MS Excel
• Collaborate effectively with others, including senior managers and external parties.
