Job description
- Recommend, implement and maintain a wide range of B2B marketing activities including Social media, email marketing, events (online or offline), whatsapp marketing, PR, case study creation and creative collaterals of our Media Company RetailJewellerIndia and RetailJewellerWorld
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and influence Sales pipeline for Print and Web Media (Retail Jeweller Magazine – India and Middle East), Social Media, Events (Conferences, Awards, Buyer Seller Meets and Exhibitions).
- Develop digital marketing strategy for our clients according to the briefs and requirements provided by the clients.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain the social media presence of the Agency and our clients.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and send reports to the clients.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints for increasing the Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Work as a day-to-day point of contact between the client and the internal team.
- Relay information and feedback timely and accurately to the internal team to help in completing timely deliverables for the client.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure effective communication and coordination is taking place.
- Analyse all marketing activities, drive efficiencies and optimise campaigns.
