Overview
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or above, and 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software development or technical product environment.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
Firm understanding of SDLC.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Responsibilities:
To produce requirement documents, specification document for products.
To create support articles/ help documents for Knowledge base.
To collaborate with Engineering team for release notes preparation.
To create content for product feature and its related articles and tutorials.
Identify and resolve gaps and inconsistencies in the existing documentation.
To plan, control and support tracking of documentation training and learning activities according to project schedule.
To develop and deliver assigned content based on requirements of products and processes.
To Adhere to product/organizational processes and quality guidelines for content creation and tooling
