About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Supporting data collection process through revive programs; designing survey frameworks and interview questionnaires
2. Partnering with strategy and implementation teams to test hypothesis and develop related action plans
3. Designing decks for client pitches and stakeholder meetings
4. Applying appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions
5. Conducting scenario analysis based on macro and micro factors that will help in accessing risk
6. Ensuring accurate modelling of allocated portfolios and developing new transaction models and enhancing the existing models
7. Updating financial models during fundraising sessions and following corporate actions
8. Analyzing and identifying data requirements related derivation rules and model tracking
9. Working with team across the organization and with external partners such as funders, implementation organizations, non-profits, etc. to develop a strategy for revive
10. Creating easy-to-understand visual graphs and representations to synthesize findings
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Mumbai and neighboring cities
2. 1+ years of experience in financial modeling, analysis, valuations, etc.
3. Excellent knowledge & experience in the preparation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based financial modeling & analysis
4. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
5. Proven experience with financial analysis and expertise in formulas, charts, and macros
6. Competency in investment appraisal techniques like NPV, DCF, IRR, etc. 7. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
8. Ability to articulate findings in an easy-to-understand manner
9. Ability to work across teams, projects, and stakeholders
10. Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
11. Excellent written and spoken communication skills
12. Candidates with MBA/CFA/CA qualifications are preferred
