Overview

Full Job Description:
i. Handling of all accounting work relating to updation of sale and purchases Invoices and recording bank & cash transactions in tally.

ii. Monitoring, Payment and Accounting of all Utility bills. (E.g. Electricity, telephone bills etc.)

iii. Compliance of Statutory Liabilities including preparation and filing of Returns of GST and TDS.

iv. Preparation of Trade Receivable and Trade Payable reconciliations and regular follow up from Vendors, Online Aggregators and Customer with respect to payments.

v. Preparation of Provisional Balance Sheet and coordinate with Company Statutory Auditor for the completion of Statutory Audit.

vi. Processing of Payroll and analysis of statutory liabilities (ESIC&PF) and deposition of same on timely basis.

vii. Monthly preparation of MIS including Cash Summary Statement, Amount due statement, Creditors list , Stock Reconciliation and any other report as required by the top management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
