Full Job Description:
Job Responsibilities: Accounts Executive

• Managing accounts payable, including receiving, processing and verifying invoices.
• Reconcile processed invoices to ensure 100% accuracy by verifying PO entries.
• Processed invoices with appropriate documentations and approval, utilizing MS Excel to track and organize payment.
• Researched invoicing issues, vendors and service providers, resolved discrepancies.
• Managed accurate and timely vendor payments by scheduling cheques &NEFT.
• Preparing pending invoice list & sharing with procurement team.
• Handling payment entries, fund transfer entries, Employee reimbursement entries, advance payment entries to vendors &
• Employees.
• Preparing weekly projection reports to get cash outflow details.
• Maintaining Purchase invoices and related documents.
• Preparing report for GST filing, GST 2A reports.
• Initiated fund transfer.
• Handling Employee Claim reimbursement & advance payments.
• Reconciled employees and vendors ledger account.
• Determining Eligibility for expense reimbursement by utilizing In-depth knowledge of company policies and guidelines.

Salary Can be offered: 20000 to 25000 PM

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
