Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Digital Marketing
• Planning and execution of Digital Marketing Campaigns, including Web, Email, Social Media and Display Advertising. Create content for such ads using tools such as Canva, ChatGPT etc. Post ads and drive the engagement of the customer
• Maintaining our Social Media Presence across all Digital Channels (Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc)
• Measure and Report the Performance of all Marketing Campaigns and ads
• Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of our website and campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Contribute to company and Industry Blogs and manage e-communications

2) Business Development
• Engage with potential business customers (daycare, nursery, school institutions etc) over a telephonic discussion with the aim of customer conversion
• Represent the firm in multiple exhibitions, forums etc to increase the awareness and presence of the firm
• Expand the current online business to offline setup (brick-and-mortar shops). Engage with multiple distributors
• Build end-to-end planning and execution for global operations (export) of the firm

3) Other Areas
• Drive necessary efforts to evaluate and finalize the right packaging, delivery partners, and other partners for the overall operations
• Manage the e-commerce operations (daily orders etc) as contingency measure/backup support, when needed

Desired Candidate Profile
• Academics: A graduate (B.E/ B Tech) or higher qualification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in E-commerce and Digital marketing
• Fluency in English
• Good IT and Communication skills
