Roles and Responsibilities

Work in teams, coordinate with managers, marketers and other branches of a business to move leads through the sales cycle Looking for candidate who is responsible for the development of business, negotiating with client & building positive relationship Getting business through different channels(Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Marketing Etc) Understanding the project’s requirement
Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result driven approach.
Pitching & Identifying leads, Maintaining fruitful relationships with customers, New Client Acquisition, lead generation, Business Development Experience. To Analyze the market to generate the leads from various sites.
Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers.
Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team also ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 – 3 year of experience working as a Business Development Executive or similar role
1 year of experience in doing marketing & IT Sales
Proven record of successful deals closed
Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
