Overview
The Candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s financial transactions, including GST and TDS compliance. The main duties of the role are outlined below
• Maintain financial records: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• GST Compliance: The Accounts Executive will ensure that all GST requirements are met, including preparing and filing GST returns, maintaining GST records, and handling any related queries.
• TDS Compliance: The Accounts Executive will ensure that TDS requirements are met, including preparing and filing TDS returns, maintaining TDS records, and handling any related queries.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: The Accounts Executive will manage the company’s accounts payable and receivable, including issuing and tracking invoices, monitoring payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare Financial Reports: The Accounts Executive will prepare and present financial reports, including GST Input & Output Detail ,Monthly Profit & Loss .
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
• Experience with accounting software, such as Tally & GST Portal
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
Maintain Accounting Systems: The Accounts Executive will maintain the company’s accounting systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate
