Job Title: Finance Specialist

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the companys financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and provide financial guidance to management.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Support department heads to ensure budgets are adhered to and financial goals are met.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support business decisions and strategy.
  • Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
  • Manage the finance team and provide leadership and guidance to ensure all financial activities are performed accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance Management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, accounting software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
