Job Duties
• Create technical documentation based on product specifications and features.
• Develop product manuals, how-to guides, website help sections, videos and other contents that distills technical information with ease and clarity
• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write technical documentations, including instruction manuals and quick start guides for a wide variety of product features and Floship Platform
• Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of specifications instruction manuals of the products
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
• Conduct regular training for teams to enhance work knowledge and skills;
Job Requirements
• 2-3 years’ work experience in the similar role
• Excellent written skills in English
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
