Overview
The ideal candidate should have 0 to 5 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Prior experience in Microsoft office and tally is mandatory. The candidate will be responsible for providing support in all the work executed by the current team & can support all the activities required for smoothening of all the related matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle daily bills checking and verification
- Maintain accounts
- Maintain account payables
- Efficiently manage month end closing
- Handle vendor management and reconciliation
- Provide regular MIS and reporting
- Handle fund management and employee reimbursement
- Maintain record and receipt of daily transaction
- Establish high standards of performance by ensuring proper compliance of the set processes and protocols
Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Master’s degree in Commerce, MBA or related degree
- Experience in finance and accounting
- deally, the candidate should have hands-on experience in the areas of financial regulation and accounting process
- Organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong ethics with the ability to manage confidential data
- High sense of ownership and attention to detail
- Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Maintain a strong relationship with key groups
- Location: Gurugram, must be willing to relocate
