Full Job Description
The candidate should have excellent communication skills & good experience in Training or working in the Financial Modelling space in the past.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare Pre-recorded Study Material
Conduct training/ live-in virtual classes for learners who enrol in our courses.
Facilitate and support learners’ progress/journey to deliver personalized blended learning experience and achieve desired skill outcome
Evaluate and grade learners’ Project Report, Project presentations and other documents
Mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions
Develop, validate and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs whenever applicable
Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
Identifying, examining, and assessing the training needs.
Planning, designing, and Holding meetings and presentations on learning materials when necessary
Ensuring that creative, interactive, multimedia presentations are created
Maintaining correct and accurate training records
Key skills required:
The incumbent should be well-versed in delivering online lectures in the following domains :
Valuation and Modelling
Financial Markets Landscape/ Financial Modelling
Cash Equities
Fixed Income Securities
Money Market
Derivatives – Forwards and Future
Foreign Exchange Market
Derivatives – Options and Swaps

Asset Management and Mutual Funds
Anti Money laundering
Risk and Regulations of the Global Market
Required Candidate profile
Candidate should have good experience in Training or work in Financial Modelling in the past.
Candidates with an overall experience of 3+ years.
Candidates with industrial experience will be preferred.
Desired Candidate profile
Good interpersonal with excellent communication skills.
Degree or postgraduate degree or Ph.D. in Finance or equivalent experience
Open to conducting training sessions on new technologies
Language of communication English only
