What Will You Do?

As a digital designer, you will develop and execute projects enhancing our brand identity, iterate on design solutions, and deliver a variety of digital assets, including advertising, website and social media content, presentations, sales enablement materials, and event support.

Required

• 2 – 3 years of creative experience within a brand and digital marketing experience setting working across Branding, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Photo capture
• Proven editing and animation experience using Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• A self-starter able to produce, shoot, design and edit when directed
• Strong experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Ability to effectively communicate and accomplish tasks in a remote team environment
• Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and web design and development principles
• Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques
• Design web pages and create website content
• Create email designs and coordinate the creation of email templates
• Design and develop landing pages, email concepts, and trade show and event graphics
• Create and execute concepts for digital advertising
• Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation
• Provide design support for Sales and Board presentations

SKILLS:

• Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
• Ability to prioritize workload
• You have an eye for layouts, typography, illustration, motion graphics, photo retouching, design and how to communicate a message through the proper channels
• You are able to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration
• You have a thorough understanding of design and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project
• You have the ability to bring new and innovative ideas
• Minimum 1 year of experience / Good knowledge in specialized design services, publishing, advertising, or related services.
