Designation : Technical Writer
Exp : 1-5 years
CTC : Upto 4.5 LPA
Week Off : Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Shift : 24/5 shift
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Determining the most logical and precise way to present technical information.
• Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Write easy-to-understand user interface texts.
• Create and maintain the information architecture.
• Coordinating & interacting with internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Able to write and proofread content, training documents viz. process related SOPs, etc.
• Team tasks reporting to be maintained and analyzed.
• Prepare instruction manuals.
• Have technical accuracy in writing user documentation.
• Create software documentation after a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staff.
• Help other writers in creating documentation.
• Ability to take existing and potential content and improve it.
Requirements:
• Strong written / verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
• Must have excellent written expression to be able to convert rough process drafts to easily understandable documents.
• Good command over English.
• Must have relevant past experience of at least one year.
• Must possess technical & analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present data/ideas graphically.
• Must have eye to detailing.
• Adobe form creation and editing.
• Video content preferred.
• Strong Written communication and content.
• Google Workspace preferred.
• Reports introduction and analysis.
• Exceptional proofreading skills, able to spot formatting, alignment & grammatical errors etc in the professional documents.
• Basic designing & editing skills on software such as Adobe.
