Overview
Job Description:
- Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why.
- High-level concepting, tactical program ideation and copywriting for a wide range of brand experiences, social content and marketing deliverables that generate conversation and brand engagement
- Successfully communicate (present and sell-in) creative ideas and the strategic rationale behind them.
- Understanding the product in-depth and creating explanatory content
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field.
- The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, enjoy problem solving, have a POV and a clear creative vision.
- Strong communication and research skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Creative yet process-oriented
- Willingness to adhere to timelines
