Modi Naturals Limited was established by the DD Modi group in the year 1974 as a food-processing company. Through the first three decades of its existence, the company went from a single-location agro-food processor to becoming the largest rice bran oil processor in India with multi-location manufacturing facilities, supplying its produce to some of the leading brands in India. In 2009, the company entered the consumer business and embarked on a journey to create niche brands in large categories.
