The Role

We are on the quest for hiring a skilled Community Moderation Specialist to proactively and meticulously moderate FrontPage Clubs. You will be integral in upholding the impeccable community standards, help curate relevant and insightful discussions and also safeguard our users from misinformation, thus championing an unparalleled community experience.

What you’ll be doing :

• Compliance Enforcement & Coach: Scrutinize posts and comments for compliance with community guidelines by taking swift action against violators and repeat offenders. Educate members about club rules and best practices.
• Curatorial Discernment: Carefully select and organize content that is relevant and appropriate by ensuring posts are on-topic and align with the purpose and guidelines of the Club.
• Misinformation Mitigation: Act as a bulwark against misinformation and speculation by investigating and taking appropriate steps on dealing with inaccurate content.
• Language and Tone Adherence : Ensure civility and appropriateness of language and tone in posts and comments by taking appropriate measures on offensive language, personal attacks, or hate speech.
• Spam Elimination: Remove duplicate/repetitive content found during search or when marked as spam or irrelevant by users to ensure integrity and relevance.
• Quality Control: Edit and revise creator posts to enhance their significance and uphold standards of content quality on Clubs. Promote informative, well-researched and valuable posts by taking measures on low-quality content by removing or redirecting them as necessary.
• Timely Interventions: Be vigilant of any users who are trying to promote a stock or a company in a way that might not be honest or transparent and take action if necessary.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other team members including cross functional teams to share knowledge, best practices and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Wordsmith: You have a natural flair for the English language and are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Digital Diplomat: You possess exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills and are able to navigate sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Tech Savvy : You have a strong understanding of social media platforms and are able to navigate and utilize various tools and features to moderate and manage Clubs.
• Natural Empath : You can easily pick up on the emotional cues of community members, understand and relate to their experiences and needs.
• Problem Solver : Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that may arise within the community. Have a knack for finding creative solutions that work for everyone.
• Finance Enthusiast (Good to have) : You have an interest in Indian markets, investing and trading and possess a basic understanding of these topics.
• Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
