Job description
- Financial accounting, management accounting and taxation for the company
- Balance sheet planning, preparation and finalization of financial statements (standalone and consolidated), Direct and Indirect Tax Planning, Returns, Tax assessment, Tax Appeals and Refunds
- Financial planning, budgeting, capital management and reporting expected and actual financial position
- Compliance with financial regulations and standards as applicable
- Review of accounting policies, procedures and compliance reporting requirements from time to time as required under various regulations applicable
- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of financial information (under Ind AS)
- Assessment of financial risk and develop strategies to mitigate the same
- Support for audit process, RBI inspections, queries resolution, etc.
- RBI reporting of financial returns, Cash Transaction Report/ Suspicious, Transaction Report under PMLA, Fraud reporting, etc.
- Any other work assigned by the management
