Responsibilities:

Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to ensure informed investment decisions.

Assist in fundraising efforts, including investor presentations, financial modeling, and negotiations.

Requirements:
Experience in direct investing, venture capital, or private equity, preferably with a focus on socially conscious ventures or consumer products.
Passion for early childhood education and a strong belief in the importance of early brain development.
Understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics related to baby brain development products.

Somewhere in 2020s, two close friends from a scenic village in the northern part of Kerala in south India, where one is a pediatrician doing research in child brain development and the other is an engineer from a premier institute, understood that there is a serious issue prevailing in the society related to the child upbringing in which the child`s brain is not able to achieve its maximum growth potential due to lack of awareness and necessary brain developmental products.
