·End to End Account Finalization

·Day to day Accounting transactions in Tally-ERP 9.0 software

·Responsible for maintaining ledgers.

·Invoice generation – generating purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents

·Handling P2P

·Handling petty cash expenses and day to day expenses.

·Bank Reconciliation, Debtors-Creditors Reconciliation

·Taxation : Preparation of GST, TDS Returns

·Follow ups for Payments with clients to get the payments in timely manner.

·Handling accounts up to finalization and compiling data for Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow System and P&L Accounts.

·Presenting Monthly accounting report to management.

• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
• Good time management skills
• Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
• A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure.

Education:

· B.com/BBA, M.com/MBA (Finance), Male / Female both Preferred
