About the role:
Designation: Finance Associate
Reporting to: Finance Controller
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru (On-site)
What you will do:
● Perform daily order-to-cash reconciliation across prepaid and COD modes of payment and highlight
exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
● Perform customer cohort analysis and participate in special projects as directed by the finance controller.
● Assist the accounting team in closing books of accounts on a monthly basis and performing key vendor
reconciliations.
● Review the status of trade receivables and trade payables and actively follow up with the team for closure.
● Manage employee expenses through corporate credit card applications.
● Manage statutory and vendor payments and perform monthly BRS.
● Perform day-to-day accounting in Zoho books, for Henlo, a D2C pet food brand.
What we are looking for:
● Strong ability to work with MS excel and Google sheets.
● Working knowledge of Zoho inventory and Zoho books.
● Understanding the workings of TDS and GST, due dates, and applicability.
● Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
● Ability to communicate insights clearly.
● CA-Inter, CMA-inter, or
● Bcom with 4 years of work experience
