Roles and Responsibilities
- Play a leading role in financial evaluation of new business opportunities in B2B/ Corporate PPA space
- Financial modelling and transaction structuring for feasibility analysis and providing accurate inputs to BD Team
- Due diligence and benchmarking of project assumptions to work out accurate financial models
- Review of RFP/ term sheets/ agreements for risk identification/ mitigation and proposal design
- Preparation of management approval notes / presentations
- Coordination with external and internal stakeholders (BD, Project Development, design, execution, legal, financing, accounts etc.).Support BD team in timely and accurate submission of proposals
Profile & Eligible Criteria:
• More than 4 years of experience in the energy sector, experience in facilitating power
procurement for corporates is preferred.
• MBA from top-tier institute
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
