Roles and Responsibilities

– managing all transactions
– preparing all budgets and forecast
– Handing monthly, quarterly and annual closers
– Audit financial transactions and documents
– prepare asset , liability, and capital amount entries by compiling and analyzing accounts information.
– documentation of financial activities
– Responsible for day by day cash flow and transactions , vendors payment distribution, petty cash .
– Resolving consumer queries regarding billing and outstanding balance.
– prepare collection summary against the billing done day by day .
– GST, TDS , Tally knowledge.
– proficiency in Net banking.

Desired candidate profile-

– MBA Finance/B.Com
– Must have experience in Finance and accounting, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
– candidate should have the strong knowledge of accounting principles, finance, taxation and banking.
– Attention to detail and strong analytical and mathematical skill, proficiency in excel and Google spreadsheet.
– good communication skill .
