Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing the Commercial Models, P&L Statement and Cash Flow Statement for new business opportunities and translate the numbers into pricing as per the customer requirements.
• Should be quick to understand the automation tools, enter and make all the stakeholders to adhere it to the process described.
• Financial Due Diligence and Data Gathering.
• Pricing governance, Country reference pricing, Business case scenario analysis.
• Responding to commercial section of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for IT outsourcing deals.
• Create commercial construct or rate cards following standard or alternate commercial models for large deals.
• Identify commercial risk involved and propose risk mitigation framework.
• Review master service agreements and statement of work in terms of financial and pricing clauses, analyze the impact and risks in signing up certain clauses.
• Provide the Deals analysis report to internal stakeholders and analyze the reasons for win/loss.
• Participate in calls with Legal, Business and customer with respect to defending our position.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good team player, developing and obtaining Knowledge from cross functional teams.
• Good reporting and analytical skills
• Must be very competent in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Have the flexibility and willingness to meet varied hours during the submission time
• Knowledge of IT Industry and/or Network Services Industry is an asset
• Strong analytical skills, numerate, capable of translating numbers into words, attention to detail.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in Pricing, financial models for pricing.
• Qualification: MBA-Finance, CA, ICWA.
• Experience: 1-5 years.
