Monitor and manage our social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries and comments

Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Creating and tracking marketing content for Email and WhatsApp. Prepare online newsletters and drip email sequences and organize their distribution through various channels. Collateral and Graphic designing.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Digital Marketing Skill with an understanding of online promotion and marketing strategies as well as social media marketing and knowledge of Back end operation for a seamless end-to-end experience to the customer.
